>start by drawing chunky ms paint illustration
>open in Photoshop
>copy image twice and colour one red and one blue
>slightly offset both of them and set them to Overlay
>borders lines and makes them look shakey
>add light and dark gradients and set both to Soft light

there are better ways of doing chromatic aberration.

Medibang paint which is free has a native filter for it that looks good.

I've heard from my dad about how porn art is the most bizarre thing artists make on the internet. How artists pick up a silly design or upbeat aesthetic or just generally draw stuff that looks like it was made for kids and twist it to be something absolutely disgusting and obscene, He says that it looks so bizarre, it fails miserably at being hot or sexy, but instead just creepy and cringeworthy.
