what aspect do you want to improve on? If perspective, then perspective, if composition, then rhythm, if light and color then color. It's that simple.

check the studying method note, you improve overtime by doing illustration. for example if you want to draw weeb basic portrait anime girl then you'll have to learn perspective -> face anatomy first.
color/light + composition is required too in order to draw something on the level of guweiz or loish but only if you're good with the aforementioned 2 above.

There are no beginner friendly courses.
They just say that its for beginners to milk them out of their money. Proko didn't even think about begs when doing his courses, but he labels them as good for begs.

How easy does it have to be to be qualified as a beginner course in your eyes? He's introducing you to what are essentially Bargue exercises but using cartoons and anime instead. He teaches you extremely basic perspective, he doesn't even cover vanishing points but cube rotations and how they change according to perspective. How much drawing do you think you need to know to be able to do any of these?
