i doubt it'll take that long, but in general I'd like to say you should aim higher, but properly, it would be better if your art goal is informed by the type of project you actually want to take on, and that should in term based on your personal interest, so you can be appropriately motivated to continue drawing. It probably shouldn't be reaching a certain people level, but more about accomplish specific quality in your art for the type of content you wishes to produce.

You're wrong and heres why. You're implying a person cannot improve their artwork because of their limited brain functions. Which doesn't make much sense because most people here are capable of typing on a keyboard and making artwork and sharing thoughts about their hobbies.

Skill is limited to the level of understanding someone has. The reason you see the same people posting at the same level of artwork is because they have not expanded their understanding. If anyone were to make effort and begin drawing real life subjects instead of beating the same drum and becoming "neuroplasticity" then they would begin to unfold a broader understanding of how to improve their artwork. Which all begins with studying fundamental art.
