The parts you've got down are charming enough, such as the face and torso, but everything is somewhat off. Legs, wrists, and fingers don't connect well, and her upper foot has some extra joints on her small toes. You describe some volume at the head of the scepter, but then leave the bottom and top ends of it completely flat. Tail is also very flat; lacks depth. The chain on her collar starts at one size and is noticeably larger poking out the other end.

That's about all I can find, but those small things eventually add up. I think you can definitely improve as you do more pieces like this one and look at how other artists tackle some of the elements you struggle with or feel are lacking.

I like this, but there are issues. The hand with flower is incredibly small, even balled up in fist like that. just compare your own fist to size of your face to see how much larger it is compared to the hands you have drawn. the goblet is relative to the size of the other hand, but quite tiny compared to how wide the frame of the torso is. i realize large mantle shoulders might not be exact body size, but the hands look almost comically small relative to the head.

the skin tones are excellent, but other parts dont hvae the same level of detail and feel flatter than the skin tones. the flowers feel like they are a major part of the composition, but almost like just flats with like two or three different tones at most. the clothing has almost an ephemeral feel to it and i like what is being done for like shadowy cloth and mystical, etc, but i think the flatter tones everywhere else detract from it. the stairs could use more depth. they are quite high relative the size of the person. almost knee high stair tread/rise. not wrong to be large, but the perspective is flattening everything and the stairs are turning into a wall despite the flower, person and vase attempting to show depth. i feel like the background gradient isnt enough and the color choice is bit too close to the poppy/red flower choice. composition wise, i feel like there should be an entire door frame they are exiting. could almost have a black background and have them emerging from the shadows with light halo effect around them and all framed by the doorway at top of staircase. it feels like most of the time was spent on the subject and background an afterthought in terms of time spent on them. less detail, less texture, less thought and effort like 'oh ya, i have to put something in the background' and just filled a basic gradient than an actual part of your composition unless im missing some symbolism or compositional logic to it. centered person, but off center doorframe, etc.

Looks clean which is good, but you need to broaden your value range and give it more contrast.
Don't add extra definition to things that aren't defined in reality, like the veins, the screws on the belt, the lines on the horns and fingernails too (pay attention to subtleties of this kind when studying)

All in all though, you need to study more.

If we go by the meme system, you'd be in the intermediate range, low to mid probably.
