Rei mikamoto does action manga with girl protags, more about the action than the ero guro themes but may be interesting nontheless

Also, try to google or search manga sites for editions of the undergorund magazine "Garo" its where a lot of the more underground mangakas and guro artists published to avoid censorship back in the day
