time spent, depends o how big or complex the piece is so not a very good way to measure if something is finished or not since it changes from piece to piece ad artist to artist

lack of line, again, depends as not everything uses clean lines as a base it varies from style and artist

quality, also varies albeit based more on personal opinion

a sketch is purely the jotting down an idea, no attention is paid to details or the use of a full on process/workflow, but just capturing wtv idea you want to capture be it from memory, imagination or reference
ad this idea being sketched can either be doe to get a base for a proper finalized piece or studying something or simply, just an idea or concept and nothing more

Your strokes could use some work. You are doing a lot of small strokes when you should focus on confident larger strokes. I recommend "ghosting" the line before you draw it. Ghosting here meaning moving your wrist/cursor along the path a few times before putting down the stroke.

Good job drawing still life. It pays off a lot but it's so boring lol.
