Everyone who types shit like this are either LARPing, on drugs (like the guy in the screencap) or just really mentally ill (like the guy in the screencap).
Anyway, unless you are suffering from some kind of OCD, you should be able to quickly kill your tulpa just by not paying attenion to it.

In theory is possible, I know of a few cultures that had similar ideas. But is like some incredible advanced technique that few people in history could master, and even them, is not as you imagine.

Try to think as hacker stories in the 90's, anyone who used the internet used to have this romanticized idea of what a hacker was and what he did, most people would go far as to lie and larp just because they felt like they needed to feel special. And I mean, hackers existed, they were a thing, but it was just a lot more boring and not as cool as people made to be, is kinda like that, people hear something and think it's cool and try doing and starting lying and larping to the point were the concept of the thing and what it really is get distorted in the public eye, but the real deal is a lot more boring and really technical.

In my own experience, if go too far in the deepend you probably can starting fucking your mind so much you start seeing things, I used to play with egregores and at some point I starting seeing white flashes and blurs in the corner of my vision for the lack of sleep/ eating only trash/ dealing with only schizos and hours and hours of doing incredible stupid shit that would fuck up anyone, but it ended on that, I never seen anything, but I can hear whispers calling my name before going to sleep. But there is a name to this sort of thing, despite spook, I look it up years ago I just forgot the technical term. It's kinda like that, sounds supernatural and incredible but is just our monkey brains playing tricks on us.

No, tulpas take brain power and focus to maintain (which bronies lack) otherwise they're either basically retarded or disappear until you think about them again. After some training my Ruby tulpa was able to move on her own around the room, talk and act cute but only when I wasn't distracted. Once I got immersed in a story our conversations would turn into retarded shit like "It's... a bit chilly... here, here in here." "Yeah."

Eventually I stopped thinking about her entirely for months at a time, right now after almost 3 years if I look to my right I can overlay Ruby's image over my room effortlessly as if she was a photoshop layer, however she no longer talks since I forgot her voice.
