There can be more than one answer, but copy artists you like and get a lot of practice is universal. Like what they do? Copy it. Plus this method is a more direct way to reach what's probably your art goal (drawing like the artists you aspire to).

The only caveat with the advice is that you need a fair amount of skill with the medium of your choosing, but the only way to get that is... practice.
