NTA but I think it embodies what vilpu meant by 'feel the form'. Organic bodies are soft fleshy mass. It shifts with orientation, momentum and if its being deformed by the bones within it. Muscle gives form but the fat and water mass covering it will distort this, making the overall visage seem wonky or pudgy? Also studying form/proportion and especially perspective ties into this. For hard surface objects and organic soft objects you could try drawing the silhouette of something such as a cube or >a fucking bean and then draw its 'wire mesh' on top of it to mark its 3d form. Take for example 3d meshes if game characters and stuff. See the wire frame? Try practicing drawing that over whatever it is you want to draw so you can learn the actual shape and form of whatever it is you're trying to illustrate. For example you draw an arm and then draw the wire frame on it to mark out all curvature and surface geometry, you'll end up making mistakes which means you're finding ways in which the form of your initial drawing was incorrect, and so you can correct it.
It's just an idea, anyways.

Most artists use pressure for size and not opacity I suppose. Also cheap tablets sometimes has not very good pressure sensor and using pressurized brush is a sort of a pain.

Usually you want either pressure opacity, or pressure size, but not both.

In my case, I tend to sketch with a hair-thin line with zero pressure sensitivity, simply because when using it I don't have to think at all. I touch the screen, bam, line. Crisp, clean, and simple.
Or I'll go with a small pressure-opacity brush and use it like one would a mechanical pencil. Really, it depends on my mood.
