I thought it was pretty good. Like drawabox for non-autistics.

how to angle a drawing board
draw 100 circles

I think his teaching is great in general, but the book didn't 'click' for me until i watched the videos. I then copied every single drawing from those videos and it really helped me get started. Also Goldfinger Anatomy for Artists that he references is great, highly recommend to combine it with Hampton.
