last time i was active was probably 2017, before i lost interest in drawing
been meaning to dust off the old tablet and draw some more so i started lurking about a month ago. sad to say this place is worse than i remember, i may do a couple of drawings this weekend but i don't really think i'll be posting here

I don't come here that often, but first time was around 2015.
I even remember the first post I made which was being a dick to someone by laughing at their drawing and posting an improved edit. Ngl I feel a little bit bad about doing that.

The most I ever used this board was when I first got into art school. Found it by needing a shit load of artbooks but I did community college so I was big brained google "artbook name pdf" lead me here.I'm never here consecutively but the watercooler thread kicked my ass in gear again so I lurk now. Over all 2 years all together. Recently less than a month.

I've only been here for just about a month and I feel like I found a place that's pretty cool, this place is a bit schizo sometimes but overall this place has some really good. I hope that one day once I improve enough I can actually help but for now I'm just gonna learn as best I can.

One year. I've been drawing more compared to before but with no truly significant progress. There are weeks where I can't draw a single thing, what I'll do is come to /ic/ to see what I'll become if I give up, sometimes that motivation gets me back on track.

Somewhere around 6 years on and off.

2 years and I am really glad I found this place.
I don't often post in /beg/ threads, but at least people there don't leave me hanging (I try to give crit as well).
I also found an art server through /ic/ and met a lot of cool artists there.
I am not a good artist, I don't have one style (unless we're playing gartic phone), but I enjoy the process :)

About 7 years. Stopped drawing frequently for a decent chunk in the middle though. I think I'd be /int/ tier at least now if I could get over my laziness and actually draw backgrounds and put more effort into rendering.

I don't know exactly but definitely long enough to significantly improve my drawing gains from a low-/beg/ to low-/adv/. Thanks to all you fags who told me my art is trash and that I'm NGMI. Spite really boosted my process overall I guess.

Hard to say, I've been around 4chan since August 30, 2015? Know this because I've vividly remembered a thread where some /b/tard mutilated his toe with a hatchet. I Found /b/ first and the second board I went straight after to was /ic/ remember submitting my art here and /aco/ for a while, and stop to focus more on the grinding.

my art went from shit to semi-shit, and feel like I peaked in 2016, and plateaued ever since. Feel like I need to recapture that initial magic that made me grind like crazy and that feeling of satisfaction that I was actually improving
