Petanko is a petite Woman with either a flat chest or small breasts. The unique trait which makes a Petanko figure is a female adult with neoteny features.

To better avoid confusion relating to figures with "Hag" proportions due to the torso of an adult Female that differs from the androgynous fridge body of loli.
>Will I have to use third party off board sites to post my NSFW work?
Due to the ambiguity and lack of foresight of what the Janny deems acceptable if a figure is NSFW it is advised to simply cross link from /b/'s dedicated drawthread generals when in doubt. Examples of acceptable figures may be found from >>>/e/ which abide by global rules.
