Notice how my lines, for the most part, are single solid curves while yours are made of a bunch of small "hairy" lines? Practice single large strokes that utilize your entire arm rather than your wrist.

Notice how mine has a ribcage that is angled backward and pelvis that points forward. Yours seems flat in comparison. Its partial a gesture issue along with an anatomy issue. Yours seems stiff because it doesn't follow the natural flows of the spine and is lacking. I recommend grinding out gestures drawings as practice and reading Michael Hamptons figure drawing book for help on gesture and anatomy.

do a long study on the rhyme of the hand and then draw a 1000 hands. Don't take too long on them. maybe a minute each. Do that until your a pro.

The biggest problem is the shape of the jaw you've drawn here. lg faces don't look like shovels, especially turned like that, you shoud be showing the cheek on one side, and the jaw shape on the other side changes to follow. Roundness = cuteness.
The chin is too far too the right.
I think the reason you drew it that way is because of the mouth expression. You have to remember that it would be the skin on the face that moves, not the bones.

If you look at the shitty redline I provided, you can see that just fixing the jawline would make the face look much better.

I hope you fix this problem because you had it the last time you posted and people gave you advice then which you seem to have completely ignored.

maybe work on your lineart. in my opinion, lineart and anatomy go hand in hand because having a good grasp on anatomy allows you to do a single continuous stroke for something like a forearm while knowing when to pull the pen to draw the elbow, thus avoiding that the lines overlap while keeping them uniform and with clear intention. also, remember use the soft eraser to lighten the unwanted darker lines (on the bangs on and underside of the thighs in >>6081767 for example)

for the hair I just hid the linework away after using it as a sketch because it made the hair too overloaded and not as soft as it should be. still haven't found a way to match hair linework and rendering
