You have an average to intermediate grasp on the fundamentals. If you want to take it to the next level the fastest way focus on color, value and lighting. Your value range is very close together which leads to a cartoony look and not the semi-realism that gets coomers going. I'm still learning myself, but I've changed a few things in order to show you some of my thought process. Lasso tool is your friend because it allows you to control soft vs hard edges along with just increasing overall value range. I also added some red hues to areas where blood is more present in the body, so toes, fingers, face, sometimes chest.

Overall, the cheapest easiest way to make good art is to learn flesh tones, increase value range and to mix hard and soft edges. Hope my mini paintover helps. It's honestly kinda subtle unless you open them up side by side.

What's a good Retweet-Like ratio? I've observed that my drawings tend to gravitate around 1:10, which I don't knof if it's bad or good. The number stays roughly the same even in my drawings that have relatively better "likeability". I feel like I'm not extracting all the potential I can from the visibility I'm getting.

I doubt that will happen anytime soon, at least where artwork that requires input from the commissioner is concerned. There is no way, for example, that graphic novelists, mangaka artists, animators and so on are gonna be replaced to soon.

Algorithms, for all the hype around (still extremely primitive) language models like GPT-3, are nowhere even close to UNDERSTANDING prompts. If you want something very specifically, consistently and/or repeatedly then it might take thousands of tries for an “AI” to generate what you actually want and at that point it is simply cheaper to just pay an artist who you know will deliver what you want. Even if the generation of the artworks were free in the case of the “AI”, sifting through the mountains of shit that it produces to find that one gem won’t be worth it unless you somehow have a super cheap way to find said gems. Even thirdies are probably not inexpensive enough per hour for this task.
