I'm a patreon coomer and artist. I don't use her tutorials. No tutorial is going to help you unless you repeat the same thing thousands of times.

Her art work has improved imo, she's just inconsistent. And she mixes her styles up like the anime face but hyper rendered which looks horrible.

And if you want something better than Sakimichan, literally just browse the 2d section of ArtStation and you'll find a ton of artist who know how to render skin so the character doesn't look like an uncanny sex doll with meme shit lighting. Look up competent digital artists working as illustrators for big companies. They're all exponentially better than her and you should study from them instead of the lazy patreon onetrick if you want to get good.
