I do, one for realistic and environments, and another for anime and all fanarts. Neither are NSFW but of course the anime one eclipsed the other one by thousands of followers. I enjoy both equally, but I only show my family the first one.

I haven't started yet but have decided to post everything under one name. I'll go the Crumb route and lewd stuff will be part of my artistic identity along with whatever other shit I decide to draw.
Getting off the ground is hard enough without having to manage multiple identities.

Already ahead of you. I suggest giving it a try. The only suggestion I have is to try and develop differing art styles for both personalities. Not necessarily required, but it helps keep a bit of peace of mind in the off chance your shit blows up and people for some reason go full schizo and try to connect the dots. I've got furry bdsm coom art as one personality, and wholesome cute character designs and landscapes as another. Nobody other than super close friends will know, even then I still have plausible deniability.

After pondering upon this for some time, my approach would be keep the NSFW account small as to not attract too much attention, and only draw those whenever the urge or libido hits. This way we get to minimize the risk while still being able to express that other side of us.

The cool thing is that the business accounts are free. There's some small changes on how they handle orders above a certain amount of money, but for the average artist on the internet, I don't think it's going to be that drastically different than a normal account, other than being able to hide your name. There's other methods of generally anonymous payment, but business paypal seems to be the most popular.

I have and have had multiple accounts simultaneously, currently have two just to experiment.
It honestly really forces you to actively think about how you draw, because if you want to have multiple accounts, you also must do different styles which will in turn help you develop and really think about artistic skill.
On the biz side;
It really depends on what kind of porn you draw because that says a lot about the person, even then, most companies don't really care about hiring or commissioning a nsfw artist as long as they don't draw hardcore fetish stuff and the work is good or what the company is looking for.

This reads like it's inevitable, but I wonder how common it really is. Were bound to notice when it does happen, partially because it's likely to happen to the popular accounts.
But since artists running secret double accounts won't advertise that they run secret double accounts, it's difficult to gauge how many successfully pull it off.
