You gotta always remember a penis is a body part like anything else and to draw it properly you need to know the anatomical components it's made of and actually draw them. Unlike other body parts it doesn't have a fat layer that can hide its anatomical composition (even a foreskin won't do that) so if you don't draw it accurately it's gonna look like it's flaccid. You can do at least a dozen different pointy noses. Just look at cartoons, they do a lot of this stuff. But you just do exactly one single face with maybe minor variations in the jaw for all of your characters. And that would be half a problem if your faces weren't so fucking atrocious overall.

As for muscles while lines suck your real problem is that you draw muscles like solids. Your characters look like robots made out of hard plastic with only soft parts being boobs and asses - they also don't always behave properly but at least you can see that they are pliable unlike everything else.

Hair doesn't shine on the edge like that and it's not opaque white. Consider the brightness of your light source. Why are there shadows on the face, UNDER her lip, awkwardly around the underside of the face, to the side of the left of her neck FACING the light source (it's her hair you say? Putting a shadow behind that strand does NOT apply depth), underneath the collarbone making it protrude out more than it should, under the armpit on the left arm when in the presence of the light source, AROUND the left breast and redistributed weird across the under boob, and why is there hard edge shadows underneath the calf muscle like that?

If you look at the reference picture and your work, you're starting to develop problems. Fix them.

Alright, let's go back and take a look. What those books don't lend themselves to teaching very well is the little things. Look at the left hand and the fingers. Try posing your hand like that, see how it's hard to keep your middle knuckles locked in that position? Add the natural bend to them. Grab an imaginary ball, see how they bend? The same goes for tits. You have the flesh folds correctly, all you needed what the second finger knuckle bend.
You didn't know whether to make that the left shoulder, or the collarbone. That left arm would have been better pressed against the side of her body, conveying more of a push inward. If that was not your intention, the arm still looks unnatural in that position. Bring the elbow in to frame. The neck has the same problem, she's looking at the cock from a laying down position. Make the neck smaller and closer to the shoulders and a little off center to convey the natural tilt, that way it conveys a more embarrassed look. Raise the right shoulder a little bit. The right hand, lo and behold, then covers the chin. That doesn't let you get away with not drawing a chin, you should have committed to the line making the chin complete, or not have exposed it because of the right hand altogether.
When you bring up the knee like that it covers more of the left thigh, or finish off the thigh downward and don't draw the calf in frame. By putting both of them together in the same shot, it makes the leg look broken at the middle of the thigh.

You can't apply highlights like that in shadows, that's just overkill. You've already established that her skin is shiny by the specular highlights on her shoulder, elbow, and her upper left and right thigh. Cut edge and gradient shadows like on her right elbow are implying that she has sharp elbows, but soft forearms? Cut edge shadows should only be used when the object making the shadow are right OVER the plane its casting it's shadow on. In this point it's neither.

Proofread your word balloons. You should know better than that. That embarrassed look should only go across the bridge of her nose and across her flushed cheeks. It has no reason to streak across the forehead like that unless you're implying that she has a fever by noticing that dick.

That helps fix some of the problems. Now you know what to correct. It's a good push in the right direction.

The right eye should be in close and not so far off across the side of her face like that. The left eye looks like a lazy eye, point that in a little closer. Harsh shadows shouldn't be on the face like that, it makes it look like she has a mustache on her left cheek and a five o'clock shadow on her right cheek. Blend softer when you're using your blending stump, or whatever you're using. The right ear should not be sticking out that far back, look at your reference photo. Keep an eye out for your eyebrows, too. They should work in tandem with the eyes, not make them look like they're shifting to the right while your eyes are shifting to the left.

It looks like you may be trying to copy the lines instead of the forms when you're looking at your ref. Something that'll be frustrating to do but rewarding imo is making your drawing mirror the ref instead of matching it so you have to pay more attention to the forms and negative space instead of "the angle of the edge of her thigh is a but lower/higher in the ref" or smth. Also, her left knee/foot should match the sizes of her right knee/foot, her leg isn't bent nearly enough to warrant it being that much larger.

Main thing that's as simple as being more observant to fix is that your perspective on the throne is way off from the perspective you actually had in your reference (look at the chair she's sitting on). You can sometimes get away with an asspull like this but since the foot is supposed to be foreshortened it just looks really fucked. Also with the bulge from the calf, first of all there's a reason it's not there in the ref: It's caused by pressure on the back of the calf pushing the muscles outward. The angle the thigh and calf are at wouldn't have enough pressure to cause that. Hope I'm not being a retard here
