How rough can a sketch be before it's chicken scratching?

How many cocks do you have to bring to climax before you're OP?

I believe the theoretical minimum is one, but the sky's really the limit. in this particular case probably at least a couple dozen.

Chicken scratch refers to a method of drawing, it's not related to roughness or sketchiness.

this is awesome, who's the artist? I think I prefer these kind of sketches to finished pieces most of the time.
kinda related; how do you come up with dynamic folds and pinches in fabric? copying reference and practicing?

As long as the strokes are decisive it isn’t chicken scratching. Chicken scratching is those ugly feathered unconfident lines

The artist is Yusuke Murata. This was for a manga adaptation of Back to the Future he was doing but it got cancelled over rights issues I think.

>>5173821
No, because it's not animated.

>> No.5173850

>>5173821
Well it's not animated, soooo...

Kidding. It's got a kind of western bent to the style, but it's still drawn by a mangaka and has the vibe. So yeah, probably still counts.

"chicken scratching" is not a matter of it being too rough or not. It is the result incorrect technique.

Has Yusuke Murata ever done a low angle view where you can see under the chin?

Has he ever done it with a female? That looks nice but I never saw him doing it with a female and I thought it was a flaw of the anime art style.

Chicken scratching refers to formless and unconfident zigzag-y lines... not the looseness of a sketch.

I know I've seen it a few times in the manga, but it's definitely not easy to find now that you mention it.

You don't see it often because it's simply not necessary for 95% of the poses and angles manga and animators are tasked to draw. It's not an appealing angle for the face so the face in view nor does anyone care besides some artists dead set on realism in chinese cartoons

He only really does it for extreme angles and specific scenes. In general, he seems to keep them angled down for cuteness or appeal.
