Its hard being shit. I personally have been drawing since I was very young so I got to be really bad at the ages you expect someone to be bad (so I was actually a bit better than expected which was encouraging, but still objectively very bad) build good habits, practice the things you struggle with that you want to draw, observe from life. I spent like a few months just looking at people's ears all the time. Most importantly make sure you are enjoying it, if not maybe try painting or sculpting, or accounting
