I have tried to help someone who is like pic related for almost 8 months.
Artistically they improved a bit but FUCK NO, NEVER SPEAK TO FUCKING PEOPLE THAT ACTIVELY BROWSE HERE EVER.
I made it and god no these people don't deserve free feedback, they always shout through their mic when doing figure drawing together, they behave like they need to get babysitted.
/ic/, just stay away from people that browse here if you happen to find them outside of this place. They aren't worth your time.

I always felt that one should actually strive for enjoyment when it comes to drawing.
If you do it for some sort of prestige, to prove yourself and feel miserable doing it, you’re going to be a clingy shit that has low energy and end up self sabotaging.

I know because I’ve been there.
