There can be. In most classroom settings, no, not ever.

Most people can study the human body and not be aroused, or need to go masturabate like a spastic monkey. The first class or two of figure drawing was a bit odd, but I and the rest of the class got the hell over it pretty quickly.
Later on, artists will pose models for work that has an erotic intent. That's fine. But in school, nope.
