It's all about how you depict it and the way it looks. I think that the work of legit lolicon/pedophiles more often than not have a sort of uncomfortable edge to it (when it's not blatantly suggestive), like how the subject is posed or the situation they're in. alkes work is far superior in this front, most of his colors here work well together, with a bunch of varying oranges and yellows (and blue objects properly looking like theyre basking in that colored light). he does far better at bringing you into the warm embrace of the light coming through the window, almost to the point where you can almost smell the dusty room full of books and probably other classroom-like materials. the blues do well to draw your attention to the same thing to the girl is looking at, almost as if youre really on the other side sharing a mutual interest in the subject. alkes work here at least is infinitely better in my opinion. when i look at his works, i feel like hes truly drawing what he desires to experience. in this circumstance, he is the absolute apex of soul.
