I learned today that you can easily tell the skill level of an artist by judging how much command they have drawing the lower half of the body. Looking around the net at how some artists just phone in or avoid the lower half just made me feel a lot less inferior.
What are some art redpills or advice you've come across recently that has changed your outlook?

The sternum is fixed to the ribs, and the (ideal) rest position for the acromion processes is at a 90 degree angle relative to the sternum when looking from the front. Technically both the collarbones and the scapula are mobile (otherwise you couldn't raise your arm above shoulder level), but that's outside the scope of the diagram. It's just simply explaining that when the figure leans laterally, the rest position of the shoulders should not move more or less than the sternum itself - keep them at a right angle and move them as a unit or your upper torso loses coherence. Once on of the arms goes up or you're looking from any side angle where the sternum isn't strictly vertical, you'll have to use your judgment and sense of perspective to maintain the relationship.

I honestly would feel bad if I downloaded all of MM's works for free.
She made all of these quality resources herself. She's entitled to earn income from them when selling them as a service.
She's entitled to dictate her work as a service and not a product, and put groundrules on what she provides. Patreon and Pixiv cashflows could be MM's only source of income.
