this is interesting, I think it would benefit a lot from some hard, opaque brush strokes. especially on the strap around his chest, making the overlapping fur fully opaque would help make the texture more convincing I think.

I think the style looks really nice, the simplicity of the lines works well. the background seems to be in an isometric perspective, but it doesn't quite feel like the characters are following the same grid. maybe it's just the head tilt of the character on the stairs that's throwing me off, though.

it depends on the artists, nose and eye size can be the same or different for either genre, but I would agree that eyelashes more often than not are the common giveaway of a character's genre, though even that might not be the case.

Be careful with banding in a lot of areas. Try to mix up your planar shapes like you did on the jacket instead of more uniform lines on the forehead/between eye/bridge of nose/top of nose. It'll keep your forms looking more natural and interesting.

That looks really cool, I like the heads especially. I would actually advise that you put the horizon line a little bit higher in future drawings because the horizon line determines how high the viewer stands. With the perspective you have right now the viewer's eye is kind of at the height of grandma's stomach, which is generally a weird point to look from. It's not wrong though and the picture looks good, I just wouldn't advise lowering it.
