I really like it, but if you don't mind see that little strand of hair sticking out on the left? Why does it feel like it's got its own force applied to it while the rest of the hair flows normally? You could try adding the same flow to it while still making it stand out. It's not a cowlick or something where it's random it just feels independent from the rest of the hair. Look's like it was mostly drawn with hard round brush + blend tool. CSP default brushes don't have a regular hard round. All of their brushes have some sort of build up or blending affects. But you can make your own that work the same as photoshop hard round. Also looks like his brush has a slight taper to it.

Hard round brush + low opacity brush + 1/2 layers. It looks like the intial drawing is on it's own layer and then the shading itself is mostly done on one layer or two. Simply rendering the darkest parts first, using your eraser wisely, and they've gotten to the point where they can be naturally loose with their strokes. Don't focus on perfection, just focus on displaying the different values while you render.

Her head is too large, even for stylistic purposes. Her right arm is very awkward. Try ding that pose yourself and feel how unnatural it is. Her left leg is turned a little too much. The overall pose just feels very forced and uncomfortable. She's also missing eyebrows. You said ignore her left hand, but even if she's holding a bow, her hand is angled too forcefully to a 90 degree angle. That said, her hair is nice and flowy without having too much or too little details. Her outfit is also interesting, though a little confusing. Perhaps because I'm unfamiliar. Your overall proportions, head and right arm aside, are very nice and stable.

Very nice in concept. You have a natural affinity with proportions and I think you'll do great perspective work in the future. It's a bit shaky and uneven at times, but you've got potential. I'd suggest being more bod with your shading. Make it darker and larger to really emphasize the magic coming from her hand. Also, do not be afraid to cover up parts of her body. I think the book is in an awkward position, but if you moved it (our) right and covered her arm and torso a bit more, it would properly convey the depth that it's in front of her and not weirdly off to the side. Your flow with the hair and necklace are nice and follow through properly. The magic also is nicely done and I can see you drawing it even better in the future.

this is stiff - all the limbs are perfectly straight, her right arm is just kind of hanging there instead of interacting with/levitating/doing something to the book, weight is perfectly evenly distributed across both legs, hips/shoulder/head are all exactly horizontal

How can you tell if the head is too big?
I try drawing lolis at 5 heads tall but quite a lot of people tell me that my heads look too big.

For normal proportions, I find it easier to measure head shape by shoulder width. Shoulders are about the length of roughly 2 1/2 heads give or take for adults. Children's heads are a little large than their growing bodies, so I'd say their shoulders are about 1 1/2 heads. The image you posted is roughly 1 1/2 and it fits. It's not too big at all.
I find measuring by shoulder a lot easier than that "x heads tall" thing.

About the skirt: I feel like you just added lines for folds without actually planning out where the hemline is. The hemline should be mostly an ellipse except lifted up by the forward leg, then you can put ruffles/pleats equally around the ellipse. The way you have it now makes the skirt shorter on one side and it does some weird stuff on the left
About individual folds/pleats, even in the case of a full circle skirt you're going to get at least some of them extending all the way up to the waistband. Don't overpleat, the length around the hem cannot be much more than the length around the waistband when the skirt is this short because most skirts are cut from some portion of a flat circle.
also your eyes are different vertical heights for some reason, I know eyes "get smaller" as they wrap around the head but that's only because you get a different angle on them which changes the horizontal width on the page

it may not work for you but, i try to "copy" some works without color picking it, just try to make a color that as close as possible, generally i try to make the lightest, the mid one and the dark one, blend them like it is on the work with a just a round soft brush. Look at colors with your eyes not your brain, you may think that it's white but it has some blue to it etc... BTW i still suck at colors, but i have made this with this method

Like you spill a drink, your computer stops working as effectively, or you keep making mistakes while drawing, your computer lags when drawing. It's happening to me now and I hate it.
I don't know what to do I feel like skippng drawing for today. I honestly cannot draw at all. I keep getting angry at shit.

Remember it's okay to take breaks. To just take a day or three to sit back and just do your best not to stress out. Days like that happen to everyone. Whether someone thinks it's something superstitious or just a build up of stress, eitherway it sounds like you need a break. I suggest 3-7 days. Or even just one full day to yourself and doing things you can just mindlessly enjoy.

Very cute. Those pants straps are very nostalgic. The shoulders feel a little flat. The left (our left) shoulder is too far forwards. You'd also do good to define that end of tummy - pants and darker the hand and strap in the back so they don't bleed into the pants.
