Well first of all, friendship among males and females only exists up until the point when they will both want to fuck the same guy.
If the joke is flying over your head, what i mean is that it only happens if you're gay. If you're hetero there will ALWAYS be some underlying feelings, which will ultimately lead to either a relationship, a heartbreak, or both. I've NEVER seen a man and woman be friends with each other in the same way as same-sex friendships.
Secondly, writing a song over a ruined relationships is a really faggot move that sounds like something a teenager would do. Grown men just talk about things upfront and make their feelings clear.
