I had a go at this one for ya OP, but I'm far from a pro so take this with a pinch of salt lest ye pick up any of my bad habits.

I outlined the 2 major shapes that help break down this pose, the box shape for the torso, and the sphere for the ass. If you look at the original image, the torso can be pretty easily simplified as a box, that the sphere can then attach to. The underwear helps here, because the contour wraps around her and shows the direction of travel.

I'd really recommend Villpu's dynamic figure drawing course, and practice breaking down figures like this into the most basic 3d shapes you can, once you understand the basic shapes it becomes much easier to understand what's going on in a given pose.
