I think you'd super benefit from blending out a lot of your values, but the main problem I see is that everything is super vibrant and it's contributing to a 2D appearance.

Try to remember that shadows are typically cooler the darker they are. This doesn't mean make them black, but try shading in a muted, opposing tone to what they're resting on, like a blue, or a purple.
