you're approaching it with the wrong mindset. you're probably telling yourself "look at how much time I've wasted compared to these guys." you should be thinking "look at how fast it's possible to learn. I want to do that too."

It's not how you should use your ego. Art is about telling something. Learning the technical skill is important to be understood but your subject needs to be interesting to someone or yourself. Why did you pick up drawing in the first place? Probably to make something cool too. Or maybe to be the greatest technical master. Whatever just have fun.
Just imagine being a top tier artist. They all have something specific to show. They don't have to hurt other artists.
If you need a ego boost compare your best recent drawings to your best older drawings. Be humble and learn to enjoy not reproducing your mistakes until it becomes wired in your brain.
Art is not a capitalistic competition, you don't have to bring others or yourself down to create something, moron.
