What is /ALT/?
If you're looking for a place to post your cartooning then you've found the right general. This is /ic/s 1st and only merged hub where both Eastern and Western stylization can coexist peacefully, hence the double title. However, by community demand and long history, this is favorably an Anime general.

If i were to color this, which matches the dialog / mood best? Or maybe a different color scheme?

Left arm between forearm and rest of arm looks funky, and the way her hair goes quite far forward behind her head is also confusing me a bit, perspective wise, it shouldn't be doing that given how she looks on the bottom. Other than that I'm not sure what to say, looks decent to me.

The leg folded over the other one is drawn very weirdly. You draw the back of the calf in such a way that it implies that, in order for the bottom of the thigh indent to connect with the calf where it does, the shape of the calf behind the other leg's knee is such that the entire on-top leg is just anatomically very awkward. Also the left hip does not line up with where the leg underneath is leading. Left eye droops further down than it should given the alignment of the ears and chin/top of head. The chest also looks asymmetric, if you flip your canvas it might look more obvious.

Well, I think your need to work on your forms. I think you gloss over too much appealing anathomy with very simple shapes. For example your hips / shoulders / thighs have very little form but are very appeal in areas of the body.
