Okay, based on your drawings you seem to like drawing characters a lot, it would help to set a goal like character design perhaps. Learn some gesture drawing then figure and anatomy. Stick to pencil and paper, nothing fancy. Make 2 drawings with applications of new things you learned. If done properly there should be an improvement in 2 weeks.

So far I've read loomis "fun with a pencil" and did most of the excorcisis there, read into "figure drawing and all it's worth" and done some excorsises from that, and I've fallowed a lot of mikeymega tutorials. After finishing figure drawing and all it's worth and all of the Mikeymega tutorials I plan on going through this video series I got from the video course general on figure drawing. I'm hoping these will help.

There's a lot of different tutorials out there so I'm wondering if these are good places to learn from and where to go after that. I've dabbled into shit like Proko and jazza but they do things so differently from the other guys I've watched.

Look into the how to draw manga series so you understand basic anime aesthetic and proportions and pick up michael hampton figure drawing along with rockhe kim anatomy drawing class (its not in english but its one of most comprehensive the anatomy you can reference) and study like a motherfucker because goddamn do you need to.
