To put it simply, how do I learn to draw? And more importantly, draw like this?

by reading the rules, reading the sticky, and actually trying to draw instead of asking "how to draw porn if I haven't drawn in my entire life"
You'll find lots of resources here and if you post your drawings on /beg/ you'll get lots of critique and help. You can start searching for basic stuff and tutorials on getting started in Youtube or even better, reading "for starters" books here in the artbook thread, maybe some free art courses in the same thread or in youtube. You could also start copying artists you see as inspiration in order to "reverse-engineer" their techniques when you start getting the hang of drawing, but obviously you CAN'T draw well in less than 3 months, and you can't draw proffesionally in less than at least 3 years of experience.
Remember to ask questions in the questions thread, and remember to have more than one place to check art related stuff

No, just find it weird that a coom artist doesn't know how to draw jiggle. Jiggle makes everything sexy!

Bros why do anime artists hate backgrounds? I'm convinced that 70% of EU03's uploads have white or grey backgrounds and seeing them devalues the art greatly.

Thanks that's what I thought, I will start opening my own threads for any dumb question that I have.
Of course it won't look like a question, I've spent enough time here to know how to reverse engineer egofriends
example
>Retards here still believe the "don't shade with black" meme when many top tier artists do it
>no wonder most of you are still /beg/ after years since you just parrot youtuber """artists""" instead of actually learning
Then I just wait for some anon to start the argument, call me retarded and prove me wrong (by giving me the explanation that I actually wanted all along by saying why shading with black is shit)

Because they shit out these pictures at the speed of light and know that no one in their coomer audience ever pays attention to the background. Spending too much time on BGs is a waste of time unless you like doing them.

To learn to draw and render well you need to learn all your fundamentals but mainly anatomy, perspective and construction, values and color theory. Underlying each of those is things like line control and edge control which just takes time to master. Read the sticky and start working on perspective, values and figure drawing.

Based but pretty much what >>4853860 said. You only really guarantee a bunch of retards hurling shit at each other. You'll get some info that's useful to absolute /beg/s but you'll probably learn the same shit faster on your own, and without having to filter it through several dozen posts from ESLs and Dunning-Kruger schizos.

It's very simplified but yes, it's correct.
Draftsmanship, the skill of accurately drawing 3D forms in space from any orientation (also known as construction drawing) and to have an intuitive grasp on perspective, is the most important foundation for drawing. In a sense, you are training your brain to be like a 3D rendering program. Once you have that skill down to some degree, you can then apply it to anything you wish to draw, vehicles, architecture, human and animal anatomy, plants and trees, geography. From there it's a matter of learning gesture, the skill of making things that you draw act and feel alive, and rendering (which is more or less like simulating light on the 3D forms that you're drawing), anatomy, lots of things really.
Some small caveats- Don't grind one thing endlessly until you "master" it. Mastery of a skill can take thousands of hours. Get acquainted with the basics and move on, then work on each skill as needed. Cycle through your fundamentals. Make sure you draw for fun too.
One skill that's often overlooked is the physical aspect of drawing- line control. Getting your lines to go where you want them to accurately is important. Learn to draw from your shoulder. Practice drawing straight lines, curves, and shapes. If you can get your lines to go where you want them without thinking about it, you'll be much more efficient and effective.

loomis good for heads, for poses like this and form overlapping techniques study vilppu manual.
loomis also good for figures but not gesture, vilppu's understanding of gesture is far beyond loomis'
