Unless you are aiming for a polished stone look, It's missing texture, small cracks and faults. A faint stone texture in overlay might be enough, otherwise just pick one as reference and draw the details.

The only thing is kind of weird is that you are using too many light sports.The lights come from all angles as if she is sitting in a studio and being lit from multiple angles using spotlights. Now, this is NOT a problem in itself, highlight spots are there to grab attention and focus it where you want it, and also to describe a surface. The problem comes when the highlight spots are either overused and thus they loose their strength in grabbing attention or their placement is inconsistent with each other. This is why it helps to decided the direction light source(s) before rendering so that you know where they should be.

I made another overpaint (will post next) where I actually tweaked the eyes that is personal preference but also put down one stronger main light source from to top left and tried to adjust the shading on the body to match. It is a sloppy job cause I didn't have layers or the time but I hope it gets the idea across.

Don't even bother, no translator is gonna give you accurate slang. The phrases you're asking for are actually HARDER than full sentences.

I tried Google Translate and DeepL for "I'm cumming". Google gives 私はカミングしています which is hilariously bad, and DeepL gives イキそう which is better but still not good. You could collect a whole bunch of phrases and just paste them over and over but it'll be repetitive and show you don't actually know Japanese. Just write English, there's enough foreigners on pixiv.

Sometimes I would get stuck on just most random stuff for a very long time, and I am not sure what is it about it that makes me just suddenly unable to progress until just hammer away at it until its done, and moved on from it even if I wasn't happy with the results. If it wasn't for the fact that I want to do sequential I would have just started a new piece.

Here is a japanese artist trying to write in english with a translator/bare minimum knowledge. Do you really want to risk sounding like this to Japanese users? I'd say until you have a good grasp on the fundamentals of the language avoid anything verbose and accept doing generic dialogue/sfx for now until you get a better at knowing what sounds off or not.

If anything the arms are a bit short. The elbow should roughly align with the bellybutton when relaxed and the top of the head when outstretched skyward and the forearm should be roughly the same length as from the shoulder to the elbow. Again, roughly. Actual humans tend to vary a bit with proportions.
