I've been using it for animation and works perfectly fine, but having no keyboard shortcuts on the ipad is kinda cumbersome and slow. It's just a matter of preference to me. I have the pc version and I'm really happy with it tho

I don't have some stick up the ass moralfag stance against piracy but if their price is fair (it is), they aren't screwing their customers over with draconian DRM (they aren't afaik), and they're delivering a quality product (which CSP seems to be) I would much rather pay for it and do my part to support them. The license is a one time pay lifetime license with free upgrades to every version afterward. That's about as fair and customer-friendly a transaction you can get for non-free software. So in my opinion they deserve to be paid for their product.

None of them can replicate what liquify in PS does. IThese "liquify brushes" are a complete waste of time. Just give up and accept that CSP does not have liquify. Also there's no such thing as "ported directly from PS" into clip. Just not possible.

it was on the japanese site's roadmap/feature list a few years ago, so there's still a chance they'll bring it around in the future. although i personally don't use liquify...ever really, even in programs that support it.

Are you just trolling or do you genuinely believe its bad? If so, whats so awful about it? I moved from Photoshop to Krita and it does everything PS does with better performance and more advanced brushes. I can customize and personalize everything.

PS is rugged as hell, doesnt let you bind your own keys. + Obviously the (((((subscription))))

CSP is cheap atm but it runs on a single fucking core. Everything. A huge feature packed artsoftware that utilizes a single cpu core.It runs like absolute dogshit on any high res canvas with any decently sized low spacing brush. Transform lags to shit as well, the whole thing just feels choppy and slow.

Well it sort of does, but in a very arbitrarily restricted way. For instance for edit funcitons, the kybind HAS to use crt or alt. You cant just bind undo to Z like you can in literally every other software, noo, it has to be crtl Z. I know it sounds dumb but over long periods of time it really just is unnecessary stress on your fingers.

You can paint in SAI but it feels way more digital and sterile. CSP gets more natural looking results with things like ink pens or paints. At the end of the day just try shit out and stick with what you like.
