UPS and Fedex shove mail they don't want to deliver (too out of the way) to USPS since USPS has to deliver to every address. If USPS goes private a lot of people will stop getting their mail and even normal mail would start costing a lot of money if its going somewhere that's difficultto deliver to instead of just the price of a stamp.

USPS was actually making good profit for a long long time and then a law was passed that made it so they need to have enough money to pay all employees to retire at the same time and that caused them to be in debt and now with our new government the people that were put in charge of USPS are sabotaging it on purpose because they want it to become privatized so the private companies don't have competition.
