Artpose pro. Got it for about 5 bucks on steam and it's a pretty lightweight program and has a hundred or so poses built in but you can also export your own poses into a file. It's got a mode where you can view superficial muscles and see them from different angles. Doesn't name them though, so you're gonna have to cross reference them with muscle charts.

If you know how they change the mannequin will be a good reference tool, otherwise if you have not a little bit of basic understanding of anatomy, you will teach yourself a "wrong" drawing-pose since you are only copying the artpose.
