I'd say the best japanese artist is probably boichi. Miura has a good eye for detail work and is really good in general but yeah, his posing can be stiff at times

Your first mistake was taking advice here seriously. Too many people obsessed by asians here. While american comics have problems, art isn't one of them.
Miura isn't the best. He's one of those artist who peaked years ago and just doesn't have that drive anymore.
Just copy styles that you like while keepeing in mind what's popular at the moment.

Solo leveling has some amazing art done in the manga. Definitely not super realistic but well done nonetheless.
