It's like you've drawn 5hrs for 3 days. 30 mins of drawing usually a warm-up. Not enough to make ur drawing skill better also to digest what u learn

From one of the resources on the side bar of the r/learntodraw subreddit :
"How much time do you have? If drawing is a hobby for you, an hour a day is good enough. If you want to become a professional, you better cram as many studying hours in a day as you can (i.e. treat studying like a job and aim for a daily 6-8 hours). If you study more than 40 hours a week, you can expect to get to a professional level in less than three years. If you want to become a God tier artist, the studying will never end."
If you really want to become an artist leave this shithole and unironically go to r*ddit.

No of course you will not improve drawing 30mins a day for a month. Assuming you never missed a day and was completely focused on drawing for those 30mins(if you were listening to something like music or a podcast you may as divide everything I said by half). You would have 15 hours in art which gives you an average of 180 hours a year a most. There are around 8755 hours in one year so this means you are only 2% of the way through your first art year. If we put this into days you have really only been drawing for the equivalent of less then a day. What you don’t understand is just drawing an 30mins will not give you results. If we assume it takes a year worth of hours to get competent at something it would take you 48 years at the pace you are going. You should be actively be practicing drawing for ideally 5-6 hours a day If you want to see improvement within 5-4 years and no watching a tutorial or reading about drawing doesn’t contribute to this total only the act of drawing does. You're lazy the math proves it.

The best way to improve is to not be on 4chan or reddit in general. Fucking get your resources you need and just draw. The good thing about being a beginner is that you can improve steadly as long as you aren't retarted and can compare your art work in a positive manner to pro artists. You can basically self critique your art to hell to improve.
If you leave beginner then go to a pro artist's discord and let them critque your art. Or you can take a art class, sign up for mentorship, etc.
Use your head bois

Not OP, but you just need more mileage. You should have stacks of these figure sketches after a month. Maybe 15 pages a day of quick figures a day. It should just pour out of you.

Find cool stuff that u like and draw it. Anime poses, porn, figure drawing class etc.

Draw in pen, you won’t waste time erasing, and your strokes will be more deliberate.

Keep it up, you are on the cusp of cashing in your gains. When you need motivation look back to your week 1 drawings
