I'm going to make a comic that pisses off Twitter SJWs & 4chan /pol/tards simultaneously.
It will be about a hetero white male communist vigilante who only dates black women half his age. He murders cops, gangbangers, corporate CEOs, and soundcloud rappers who take over autonomous zones (he claims they're not the 'real leftists'). He drops the n-word in heated gamer moments, but he also quotes Marx. His secret identity is a community organizer for incel shut-ins, who he helps get laid using early 2000s PUA methods.

The truth is that high effort original content will not even be seen, and if it gets seen it runs for like 3 days. And then you have to make another high effort thing to ride the momentum, and people might still get bored anyway. This shit? You can milk it forever and you just have to say something edgy about it and stick it in a shitty drawing. It actually gets traction because this is how social media works.
I don't know exactly why people have become so desensitized to everything except bait, but this is the same reason why /ic/ went to shit. There are no drawthreads for days, and then they are up they last forever because nobody posts, and when someone posts nobody comments so it becomes just a sad dump, like an image feed on Instagram except with more dicks. What is the point of this community if people are brain damaged by social media and treat it exactly the same? The namefags/attention seekers with shitty meme art get 100x more attention than anybody else. Nobody is actually talking about art, if you say any opinion about anything there's someone spamming PYW PYW PYW not even with the actual intent of seeing if you can back up your opinion with your skills, but because they've got their trigger finger ready for drama. I've legit posted work several times to see what happened and every single one of these faggots immediately abandoned the conversation. Result?
