/3/ probably will be able to help you better desu. All I can say is that the colors look dull to me (though maybe that's ok for models that will be lit later?) and you should try to make the eyes smoother.

You should give an outline doe the eye. They look kinda flat but theres no lighting to tell if they're just flat on the face. Post more angles nigger.
Try to look at other 3d bulbasaurs. There's not too much detail on the bulb so it looks plain.
I think it's acceptable though. Depends on what style you were going for.

Thank you, I’ve started working on the bulb, as you can see in this pic. I’ll add sharper edges as well to highlight the lead texture throughout the bulb. Someone else also recommended fixing the eyes, and I hope they have better edges here. I was going for more of a cute look and the glass bulbous eyes seemed more alien than cute to me, but i guess baby yoda was cute so I’ll definitely think on it some more. Thank you

Alright folks, hope this looks better. Added lead textured detail to the bulb, and straightened out the eyes

When I mentioned the eyes I mean make an outline. Maybe black since you seem to be going for a more cartoony style. He's missing a ridge above his eyes.
Not to be mean but compared to the bulbasaur above yours, this looks like a 25 cent toy. The details just appear flat. Like you hand painted them on.
If you're 3d printing this you should show more angles for the piece overall.
Bulb is looking better.

Another thing I'd suggest would be to give more color variation. You only have flat colors on besides the changes to the eyes.
Different tones of green on the bulb would be great. Minor color additions in the green blue skin would be great too.
It's rounding out nicely.
