Ive been moved by multiple pieces that I have done myself. Mainly I guess, because they were done only for myself to work out my feelings. Still sometimes I was surprised I could pull off such pieces that are powerful enough for me (and others too, I know that for sure) to feel something.

A sense of immense satisfaction is the biggest feeling I get, that I had an idea, a concept, and although it didn't always turn out how I thought at first, it ended up depicting my feelings at time or the idea I wanted, satisfactorily or even better.

Also I was moved while watching Mona Lisa. Not because the painting was so spectacular, although it might be, it felt like a lonely girl watching the audience more than the audience watching her.

Obviously was before corona.. the room was packed. Everyone took pictures, I think no one paid any attention to the artwork itself, just the fact hey WOW I was there I saw the painting.

And she seemed to be looking at everyone coming to see her, with understanding or contempt or both, maybe serenity, I couldn't tell.

This piece made me decide I want to master drawing, when I saw it ~4 years ago.
It was the first time I felt something looking at a picture, something other than aesthetic feeling. I felt weight and weightlessness, cold shivering and wonder. Fear and fascination.

There is not enough dimension and color on earth to make visual art really work for me, maybe if I were under the influence, then it would appear in the way that touches the deep inside. Music brought me to tears of joy and sadness many times, I was mad about a piece hundreds of times. It's art par excellence. no visual art ever came close to it. Music is much more internal, it creates emotion and visual images in mind effortlessly or bring into attention the ineffable, compared to a painting to which I will rarely connect to, but still be interested in presented concepts or objects, or appreciate the style.
