Only for interested individual, let's work together to get this translated.

Books and Articles > Anatomy > People > Chinese Figure Drawing.

I've said this on another thread, the machine translation for this book is pretty darn accurate, and is also easily understood. Use this site to capture the image. https://translateimages.site..
Traditional Chinese to ENG.

I'm in the middle of reading the book, and i'm only focusing on pages i'm interested in. I thought, might as well we band together and get everything translated.

I'm working my way up from the last page (this is the last page), so anyone can start from the first if you're planning on helping. I'll post the translated text on the thread. The others can help putting the translated text to the pages, and focusing on the pages i skipped.

bottom - Physical Characteristic of Adolescents

Adolescents are in a period of vigorous growth and development, with the head gradually shrinking in the proportion of height, the limbs are growing, the swell of the bones is not as significant as that of adults, and the muscle shape is thinner. The length of young people is close to adulthood. The length ratio of each part of the body is similar to that of adults. The main difference is the width of the body, the shoulders are still narrow, the muscles have not been fully developed, and the fat of women is not full. It will be full and strong in the end.

After boys and girls enter puberty, their sexual characteristics are increasingly revealed. Males have raised laryngeal nodes, low voices, well-developed muscles, and increased facial, armpit, and body hair. Female nipples are raised, the breast is enlarged, the pelvis is widened, the armpit hair is grown, and the subcutaneous fat is thickened. There is a significant difference between male and female types.

The difference in body shape depends on the difference in bones, but fat and thin have a great influence in morphology.
Not all parts of an obese human body can be enlarged, The bone point and bone lines of bones are always displayed under the skin. The fat points of fat people are sunken, and the bone points of thin people are prominent. Another example is the obese belly whose arc cannot exceed the rib arch

The perspective change of the combination of body shapes and tenon joints

It is a basic concept to understand the perspective changes of the human body with the perspective rules of the cube. In the specific process of human body modeling, the key is to study and express the perspective changes of each part of the human body and the relationship between the combination and tenon.

Examples of human body dynamics analysis

GOOGLE

In the analysis of human body dynamics, we should focus on describing the key parts of the dynamic changes.

For example, the three standing human bodies are basically vertical, but the left picture should focus on depicting the morphological changes of the right leg knee and other parts that bear the main body weight.

The middle image should focus on the opposite tilting and stretching of the rib cage and pelvic volume.

The picture on the right should grasp the twisting relationship between the waist and neck, and then reflect the perspective changes of the three volumes of the head, chest and pelvis.

YAHOO

In the analysis of human body dynamics, should focus on the key parts of dynamic changes, such as three standing human body, the basic tendencies are vertical, but the left should focus on the body to bear the main weight of the right leg knee and other parts of the shape.

The middle picture should focus on the reverse and waist-stretching action of the chest profile and the pelvic volume.

The right picture should grasp the twisting relationship between the waist and neck, and then reflect the perspective change of the head, chest and pelvis.

Dynamic lines in human movement

google

The dynamic line is the main trend line that determines the human body's movement state in modeling, and it has its important significance in the human body movement modeling. According to the movement laws of the human body, the movements of the human body are first presented by the tilt, twist or rotation of the trunk, and then the proximal and distal joints and small and large joints of the limbs are sequentially pushed to achieve the purpose of movement. Therefore, to shape the moving human body, we must first analyze the basic tendency of the human body in vertical, horizontal, inclined, curved, rotating, and zigzag, grasp the main dynamic lines of human movement, and then analyze the relationship between the dynamic main line and the branch line. From correctly grasping and showing the basic dynamics of the human body and the corresponding changes in various parts.

Whatever bro. I’m just saying - who needs a translation that says “distribution of fat” on an obvious image of fat distribution or “These angles align” or “these figures are in perspective”? It’s obvious just by skimming the book you guys are translating what’s unique about it - which are the unusually clear Bridgman redraws.
Now if you are going to bother using a translation app or site it might be better spent on a book like the Korean one people are checking out which has a lot of (apparently) novel or well organized material about the figure in perspective.

It’s your life tho...
