Hello Dad.

Thinking of starting up a "create a RPG party" for the month of June (to not conflict with comic month!) A lot of you suggested to make it a team challenge instead. So heres how I thought it might work!

Goal is to create:
1 mage
1 Thief/Rouge
1 Fighter
1 Villian
(?) 1 PC/main character
(?) 1 Love interest or 1 Mascot character

And at the end we can have some awards like beast designed party, party most likely to defeat other parties, ect.

Im thinking that once we get people signed up I can randomly generate who belongs to which group! Or maybe if a group challenge is too much I can make it a tier 4 or 5 challenge? what sounds best?

3, with each person creating two characters! the idea is that you'd work cohesively to create strong designs that work together singularly, as pairs, and in a larger group. Itd also be a nice exercise in cooperating with others creatively (with the added bonus of being competitive inside and outside of your group). I think this idea has the potential to bring DAD a little closer together, form rivalries, and bring in newbies into the fold :)

Yeah man, I was going to say, style comes after you get the hang of things.Not many /beg/'s have a super appealing style off the bat. Just keep doing what you're doing and eventually things start to get more appealing. If anything try drawing inside the figure more and focus less on contour. I think some of your stuff just comes out looking very mannequin-esque because you are getting too tight with outer contour. try doing more loose gesture and really pay attention to how anatomical landmarks on the body move and form contours.

My uni experience was that coders are the best people for group projects, and audio guys are the worst.
The programmer lot would have a working prototype for a game in the first week, the audio guys you wouldn't even meet for the first two months because they're busy being a DJ on the other side of the country.

Artists are somewhere in between, depends on the person.

If you watch the video, its study tips like studying in 25 minute chunks and creating mnemonics. I don't really see how I can "prove it works" especially if I just saw the video only today.
