But most of them use the similar style and go for a similar atmosphere that doesn't differentiate them much from their fellow colleagues .Stop being a denial bitch, they act like human printers doing similar style, colors, etc.

The reference is absolutely composited in.
He didn't paint the exact same person in the exact same pose, sporting the exact same getup just for the heck of it.

He painted (or composited from another source) the bike and composited the character on top of it. Merged and painted a bit here and there to give some texture.

Artists who use references don't reproduce 1 for 1 the same fucking image in their work. that's not a responsible use of refs. This is a photobash, which is legit as a concept tool but it's barely a painting.
