If you told someone who had never drawn before that they had 3 years to make the painting on the right and they didn't try to draw anything else in that whole time then most people could probably do it.
Making one good drawing isn't hard if you're willing to invest the time. You just keep fixing things until it looks right. Versatility, speed, creativity, that's when it gets hard.

Life is not an anime or a video game

People are not born a blank slate with the same ability to learn. You will never be Isaac Newton intelligence no matter how hard you study. You will never gain DaVinci's inventiveness no matter how long you sit and try to come up with a new idea. You will never be as strong as Magnus Von Magnuson no matter how many pushups you do.

Those are their natural predispositions thanks to their genetic makeup. Their bodies and brains are wired in a way that favors those specific abilities.

That doesn't mean you should give up, it means you should just accept you will never be the best, and that's okay. This isn't a game where you need to beat the final boss to win.

I wish I was part of an anime where a truck hits me in the head and I suddenly became a master painter, and then I would suddenly be contacted to join the underground shadow art school where only true masters join and only 0.1% of the students graduate to be come personal artists for the rich people in the world.

I only got 7 hours max free time per day since I start working as an accountant but maybe if I autistically grind OP guy's sources I could probably get near his level in 3 years.

Many of you fail to understand that the key is not drawing 10 hours everyday. You need to have a feel for color usage and composition. That makes you a great artist. And then one hour of practice per day is more than enough.

If you draw anime girls all day you will never understand how to use color, composition and shapes. Broaden up your fov. Understand nature, understand light.
