You can make a long, grown up Kanna work you just need to fix your proportions into something more palatable. She looks a bit sickly and you don't really have a good grasp of the anatomy beneath her skin. Also, fix the eyes so that she's looking at the viewer instead of past them, here eyes right now are causing a sort of dissonance between her and the viewer.
