For that particular demon have it be solidified guilt. She looks like some sort of older woman/MILF type of temptress so the idea of oedipal self disgust weaponized as some sort of materialized "Forbidden Fruit" might be viable.

For demons in general that depends on if they're undertaking their warfare to tempt souls or immediately devour the material containers they inhabit? Either way have it be a heavy lantern. Lucifer was the Lightbringer and so shall these fallen angels tend their own little pieces of Hell on Earth.

Chains, with an attachment at the end suitable to their particular field; Pitchfork for gluttony, huge metal ball for sloth, mantrap for lust (or a truncheon and have the mantrap for gluttony as it looks like teeth), lots of spikes for wrath. That sort of shit.
