Because i'm deciding to either go the western learning route where you learn from books in the sticky/art book thread. Or the eastern learning route where you copy your favorite mangakas or closely emulate the way they draw things.

I have an annoying amount of online school work. Already singed up for summer classes too. prone to distractability. Wacom tablet broken. To self conscious to draw while stuck with parents.I should be getting off now.
I've been drawing, but a bunch of small things have been annoying me. Right now is the best time to install cold turkey block 4chan and grind desu~

It's always difficult to begin. Once I begin, I'll draw anywhere between 2 and 6 hours, but I only manage to force myself every now and then.
Also I hate my display tablet, it hurts my eyes, drawing on it feels like shit and is much harder than on paper, but I still have to use it because of the all the benefits of drawing software.

Having to work from home. Can't complain tho, not having income would be worse.

i haven't drawn for a month. i don't even have an excuse. i clearly want to draw, else i wouldn't feel stressed about it, but i can't bring myself to it. maybe i'm scared? going to bed for now. tomorrow i will try to do better. wake up early, clean my room. put on some music and just start. it will be uncomfortable, like stepping in a cold pool. but once you overcome the initial urge to jump straight out again it doesn't feel so cold anymore, right? and a few minutes later it's actually fun! it might be a bit silly, but... typing this really helped. tomorrow i will explore new worlds and ideas! create characters and vehicles and environments! i will draw. and i know you guys can do so, too!
