I love it. It's dark, but it has some "delicacy" and it conveys emotions. If I had enough money to work on my psychological horror game projects, I'd try to contact the artist for a few concept art (maybe even as a full game artist if he was interested).

Pros: His use of darks, great contrast between darks and lights - really reminds you you're looking at a painting. It's also nice seeing some art in pure black and white (though some color would be nice). Good brush economy on the focal point, though backgrounds and objects/other characters in the foreground could be cleaned up better. As other anons have pointed out the bleak atmosphere in his work is also really appealing.

Cons: It's obvious his libido drives his art. Not a fan personally, but if that hinders his progress then it's something to be careful about. If he were to observe how the Old Masters (especially Caravaggio, Rubens, Raphael, and Bouguereau) portrayed the nude female form compared to the pornographer - he would learn how to really express true, higher beauty.

He likely then paints over the facial features to make it more anime. Look at her clavicle/neck, it's as if her neck doesn't exist at all, as if somebody just pasted her head on there without thinking about the anatomy.

I wasn't sure his art would ever evolve or change, or if he would gain a significant following of any kind.
But it's pretty obvious he's spent most his time practicing painting that one face and rendering her tits or ass, because everything else is shittier.

About some comments, i know that im lacking in some fundamentals. I am very concious about it, and humble, i need to develop more my drawing skills. About the tracing/references, i never trace. In some drawings i use references, in others i dont. I think its something pretty normal. About color, im not really afraid of it, but it just doesnt make sense to me making "normal" colors. If you use Black and white more carefully, you can make a better "impression" than using colors you naturally see in nature, or cartoony and simplify colors. About me dont giving atention to side characthers, there is something that could be interesting to say: i purposefully make them ugly (or just ordinay), so the beauty of the main characther can shine more, even though you guys dont like her nose. I really like contrasts. In anime normally, "beautiful" chars have the same face features than ordinary ones, i dont like that. Finally, i really didnt make this thread, i have stopped posting here because i knew a lot of the fundamentals in theory (i guess), so i knew what i was lacking (doesnt mean i worked on them). But still, its a good place to receive critics and have fun.
