im guessing the weight is mainly on the straight leg but that she stand on her toes with the other so some weight there too

It looks like your drawing has the legs backward. Straight leg is the one in the back, bent leg closest to us.

Well for one, you're probably going to want to reference images that have the legs in them if you're worried about what the legs are doing

For two, stand up and just do the pose that she's doing. You'd be amazed at how something that simple helps your understanding of the pose.

As a law of physics if your center of mass isn't directly above her foot then she's falling over so that means she's leaning

Your drawing has her left leg bent, when it's clearly her right leg being bent. Try to only use full body pictures.

That's because you can't see her whole leg. Which is why figure drawing class is so important, you can't see how the weight is balanced from a shot like this.
But, there are clue right there, you just don't know how to see them. The biggest is the hips - her left hip is lower than her right - which means her left leg is the one she's balanced on, and her right leg is elevated. The second clue is her right leg - the muscles aren't tensed like they would if they were bearing her weight, like if she were taking a step up.

Look for the centerline, from her left leg, up through her hips, into her torse. Her hips are cocked, and raised on one side. Hips vs the shoulders is usually what will tell you where her center of mass is, and how her feet are planted for support.
